When is it ok to plant blueberry bushes in Zone 7 (Piedmont NC)? Thanks.

It is best to plant them in spring, however you can plant in the fall. It is just better to do this in spring. Also, it is best to get a cultivar that is meant to grow further south. I am in the same climate zone as you, and It can be difficult to get the required cold hours in at these temperatures. ]
