Salvia nemorosa is perennial to zones 3- 9. However, the cultivar "Caradonna" is listed as perennial only in zones 4-8. Other cultivars have different zones. If you don't have the plant tag, use the internet to search for blue salvia plants. There are images as well as websites that can help ID which one you have.
