Q.Blue Point Juniper Discolored From Top Down
Hello, I planted three blue point junipers a year ago and a few months ago I noticed one was discoloring to a pale yellowish tone from the top down. Then a couple months later another one started discoloring too, also from the top down. I’m afraid the third will do the same! The trees get plenty of water but only morning sun. Also, my dogs pee on the trees and there’s no way I can police them. Is there something I can do to save them, or will they eventually get worse and die?

One issue may be these trees are suited to USDA zones up to 9. You are in zone 10. I suspect poor drainage may be at work here. Make sure you aren't overwatering and the soil drains quickly. If the roots sit in water, they will get root rot. Also check for spider mites or scale. Here is more:
