Tree has greenery. It's been in ground several years. No blossoms/fruit. What can I do to help it bear fruit?

While this would depend on the type of tree, adding phosphorous to the soil may help with encouraging more blooms, which would allow for fruiting. What kind of tree is it? This will help us give you a better answer.
