Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have 2 hibiscus plants in the office (warm and full light). They have bloomed all year long. They haven’t bloomed for at least 2 months now. They had a ‘bug’ that looked like sawdust on the leaves and I sprayed it with soapy water. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are several things that could be affecting the trees and keeping them from blooming. Because you had a best previously, it may be that either the pest is not all the way gone or the tree is still recovering from the stress of the pest infestation. Treat the trees with neem oil, soap solution or some other pesticide to make sure the pests are gone and give them a little half strength water soluble fertilizer to help it recover from the stress.
