Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThis year my 2 yr old tulips did not produce a flower, only leaves. After reading posts, I feel this may have been due to a lack of nutrients. If I feed my bulbs this year, will they produce flowers for me next year or do they have to be replaced at this point?

In most cases, yes. Give them some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal and this should help with their blooming.
