Blood Orange Tree

Good evening and I have a question, my wife and I purchased an Blood Orange tree 7 years ago. The tree is growing great, except it has never had one blossom or bared any fruit. I fertilize the tree a couple times a year and it has plenty of sun and still nothing. Any ideas before we tear out the tree. I appreciate your help

It needs moist soil and fertilizer four times a year. It also may be planted too deeply. See the article below for more:
