blind primroses

I bought 80 primroses in plug form and when they matured, at least 50% were blind and had no flowers. The ones that flowered were perfect. Tey were brought up in a cold greenhouse.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the plants you ordered, you should certainly take it up with the grower and/or supplier.
