Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe had a very mild winter and very early spring. My climbing blackberry bush is hardly taking off this year at all. It is 3 years old and last year was great! This year I only have one small sprout. Should I cut it back? Should I be cutting it back in the fall?
