Black Ends And Then Rotting

Mine grow and then get this black spot on the end of them before rotting. What can I do to stop this?

We are not sure what kind of plant you are talking about, but the problem is called blossom end rot. Here are a couple articles on how to fix it in both tomatoes and squash:
