Q.Black Coloring on Our Pepper Plant

Anonymous added on July 9, 2011 | Answered

We purchased three different types of pepper plants. They were doing fine. . . flowered and are beginning to bear fruit, green but small. On one of the plants, however, we noticed that one of the pods now has black coloring on it. The fruit is still firm and is still growing, just is turning black. Is this a disease or infection of some kind?
