Bismark Palm, Can Roots Damage Home Foundation?

Tree is approx.30 ft.tall, about 6ft. from the front of our home, can the roots cause damage to our foundation as the tree grows?

I think that it is right at the appropriate distance that will avoid damage, but you may run into a problem with the spread distance. From the trunk, the tree will reach out about 8 feet at maturity. With this being said, it is not the worst of problems.
