Question

I have brown twig like growth coming out from center of my bismark that bees are all around. will it kill tree to remove this twig like growth?

It is probably the flowers. They are different on male and female bismarck trees. The fact that bees are humming also indicates an inflorescence. If it bothers you, it shouldn't hurt to remove the twiggy stems at the base.
