Q.Birds nest Kokedma. Dry tips on leaves & holes

Please help me fix my beautiful birds next kokedama! I bought it a month ago and it has been living hanging down from a outside veranda that is south facing. It’s leaves have started crinkling at the tips and it has funny holes on it. Please see photos below. Any advice would be very much appreciated!!!

I suspect a bacterial blight disease that is common with birds nest ferns.

Trim off the damaged leaves at their base to prevent further spread.

Spray the foliage and drench the soil with a bio-fungicide-bactericide like this:
