Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy bird-of-paradise was planted in 2007. It has grown to over 8′ tall, has lots of babies around it, and no sign of a flower. Should I prune out and replant the babies to make the main plant bloom, or just leave it alone and wait? It gets plenty sun and water.

I would wait. They need to be a little pot bound to bloom and removing the babies will counter this. If you have not read it, this article will help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/bop/bird-of-paradise-blooms.htm [1]
