Bird of paradise

Question

My bird of paradise bloomed last year, right after I got it from the nursery. Will it bloom again this year. ? It has grown, put on leaves and seems happy. It gets about 4 hours of sun each day. It is in its original pot, and I fertilize it lightly, every two weeks. Thanks. Bonnie Crim. [e-mail]
