Bing Cherry trees

How do I prevent early fruit drop, and cherry’s too soft too soon?

I have sprayed Neem oil twice this season after the petal fall. There is no sign of a bug infestation right now, but have some brown spots on leaves, and some leaves have sign of being eaten, since there are holes in them.
