Tried Roundup on Bindweed as your article suggests.
It does NOT work. All it did, after a week, has been to discolor a few leaves, covered the plants generously on the ‘foamimg’ setting.
Any other suggestions besides boiling water?

Every source that I turn to recommends glyphosates... or Roundup. This seems to be the most effective method that is not physical removal. The most effective method is, unfortunately, physical removal. Since this is a perennial morning glory, they will store energy in their roots. If you can manage to cut it every time a new shoot develops, and long before flowers appear, then you will effectively control the weed completely. The trick is to kill it before it seeds, and force it to use up all of the reserve nutrients trying to constantly repair itself.
