Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comA few of our 100 tulips have enormous leaves and no flowers. These are three years old. We have not fertilized. Would 9-9-6 fertilizer be appropriate? The rest are beautiful. Also, some colors came back pink or red instead of the colors last year. Why?
