Better Belle Pepper

I have bell pepper (Better Belle) in a 5 gallon pot. I’ve tried fertilizer 4-5-3 and I tried 4-6-3 and I’ve tried 5-10-10, but honestly it looks like there is absolutely no change in the size of the pepper(s), but the plant itself is growing big with many, many peppers on it. There is plenty of sun here, and I try and fertilize around every 15 days or so, but again the size of the pepper has no change. What am I missing?

I would have your soil tested. While you are adding fertilizer, it may be deficient in one of the other macro or micro nutrients the plants need. If I had to guess, I would say it is likely potassium you are low on, but a soil test will tell you for sure.
