Q.Best Way To Convert Lawn Over Landscape Fabric To Flower Bed

Hi there We have inherited lawn planted over landscape fabric and I would like to convert a section of it to a flower bed. What’s the best way to approach it – should I remove the landscape fabric (as I hate it anyway!) Many thanks in advance

That landscaping fabric will not harm anything, but you can choose to remove a portion of it. Here is an article that will help you to establish a flower bed:
