How far away from a house foundation should you plant an Australian Bottle tree ? How tall do they grow? How long are the roots?

The best time to transplant bougainvillea is in spring before new growth begins. Only move up one container size. No need to be in a hurry to repot; they bloom best when potbound.

Here is info on bottle tree. I did some research and didn't find anything about invasive roots, however as a general rule, trees should be planted 15 feet from the house. It has only a few surface roots and a deep taproot. They can grow up to 50 feet and the canopy spreads with age. The only negative was the reference to dropped fruit is a litter problem and can damage bare feet and mowers.
