Q.Best Soil/fertiliser For A Potato Bag?

Illawarra region – about to plant (too early?) and going to purchase potting mix but not sure – cheap+fertiliser, better, better plus fertiliser? I have cow manure, blood and bone, chicken manure pellets

Potatoes don't need too fertile of a soil, so a good potting soil plus some compost (cow manure) mixed in should suffice. Here are some tips:
