Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI need to get containers for these types of tomatoes:
Better boy
Big boy
Early girl – 50 day
How big should they be? I have a water hose very close, no problem there. Should I use something bulky besides potting mix to fill these containers? I have 16 plants.

The most popular size seems to be 5 gallon – buckets are inexpensive at the big box stores. Don’t put anything but soil in the container – the more room for roots, the better.
