Bamboos grow quickly and the roots may have filled the container, making water and nutrient uptake difficult. Is that roots above ground that I see in the photo? You can root prune if you don't want to invest in a larger planter, however the roots can become thick and difficult to trim. You can freshen up the soil by replacing some of the topsoil if you don't need to repot. Here are some other reasons the plants may have yellow leaves:
