Best Fertilizer For Flowering Trees

I planted a Butterflies Magnolia tree and a Spring Snow Crabapple two years ago that could use a little love. What is the best fertilizer for these trees? Liquid or slow release? Any recommended brands? Thanks in advance!

You can use a slow-release for both. We cannot recommend specific brands or types, though. Feeding a Magnolia of any type is, relatively, straightforward. This article will go over their care:
