Q.Bermuda Grass Flourished But Now Dying
I live in Phoenix Arizona and my yard was dirt and decided to seed with Arden15. As I watered, it was 95% weeds but I also noticed square patches which tells me there was sod at some point. As the grass filled in, I started with a 10-10-10, Humichar then a pre-emergent before it got hot and the grass looked amazing for the exception of 2 spots where the soil seemed compacted. I used a liquid aeration which helped slightly but now I’m noticing dry spots spreading and no idea why. There are no grubs, I fertilize and I cut water to every 3rd day to prevent fungus disease but it seems to continue to spread. Any help would be appreciated. Pics are below

Bermudagrass will go dormant if it gets heat or water stressed, but it just turns brown, it doesn't disappear. Your lawn needs nitrogen applications once per month in summer. Make sure it isn't getting too much water. It's best to irrigate deeply and less often, than lightly more often.
