Bells of Ireland seeds

Hi there, I have bells of Ireland seeds in the freezer and it says to soak the seeds before sowing, I was wondering if it’s Luke warm water or cold to do this? Thank you, Davie

Either will be fine, but lukewarm will travel into the seed faster.
