Bell Pepper

Question

I have a bell pepper plant that is just not producing any bell peppers. I have been giving it 5-10-10 and all it did was get bigger. It now stands 6 feet tall, and no bell peppers. What is wrong? It is either a red or a yellow bell pepper.
