Q.Bell Pepper Problem
Can you tell me what is cutting the blossoms and tiny peppers from my maturing bell pepper plant? I am in western PA and have my plants in the Topsy Turvy inverted hanging planters.

Sounds like insect damage, try using some type of insecticidal soap to help control the problem. If you spray your peppers with some epsom salts water (1 teaspoon of epsom salts to 1 quart of warm water) the magnesium will help your pepper blooms to set fruit. You can even drench the plant.
