There are a number of different types of begonias; some are started from seed (usually the pros only do this), cuttings (if you have mature plants you love) and tubers. Tuberous begonias are the ones you often see in big, showy hanging baskets and mixed containers. The flowers are large and colorful. See examples here:https://www.leafari.com/begonias.html [1]
