Why are bees hovering in my succulent plant, eucalyptus tree across street seen bees going in hole. Also dead bees seen all over sidewalk

Inspect your plants to see if you see signs of pests. Insects produce honeydew and can attract ants and even Bees.
If you see pests, treat your plants with Neem Oil.
