Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Meyer lemon tree (in New Hampshire) has attracted bumble bees all summer. In the past 2 days, 4 bumble bees have appeared to have died right in the middle of a flower. They don’t move and I’ve had to knock them off before bringing into the house (now that temps are below 50 degrees at night). What is going on?!???

Hopefully you are not using any pesticides on this lemon tree, or that may be the case. Bumble bees don’t live very long, though, especially the worker bees which pollinate plants. It’s most likely just their natural life cycle. This website may help
