Bee Balm Leaves Getting Destroyed! Please Help!

I have A Jacob Cline Monarda Plant (Bee Balm) the leaves are getting totally destroyed by earwigs and who knows what else, is there anything I can do?

You can spray the top and bottom of your leaves with Neem oil. It affects the pests when they chew into the leaves. It is safe for pollinators.
