Bear’s Paw Succulent

Question

My bear’s paw has one stuck, coming off it are about 50 leaves. Is this normal? It is getting top heavy.

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the issue at hand. I suspect that it is stressed. It could be that the container is too small for the plant, which would cause it to try and reproduce. There are other factors, as well, though.
