Basil base leafs falling off

I do not know if this is normal or not but I am growing this Genovese basil plant for about 2 months now and all of a sudden one of the base leafs falls off. On the second base leaf which hasn’t fallen yet had this strange grey spot as showed in the pictures. I would just like some advice on how I can help my basil and what the heck is happing to the base leaves.
