barely blooming impatiens

I purchased impatiens and then repotted them in hanging baskets outside. They were beautiful at first, but now the flowers are diminishing. The plant itself is thriving and the green leaves dominate the plant – but I have lost most of the color on 80% of the plants. I water them all daily. What have I done wrong? And is there any way to get the blooms back this season? Would appreciate any help/advice. Thanks.
