bare root roses for fall planting

I am trying to find small bare root roses that will ship in the fall. Can you give me a list of nurseries that sell them? I do not want the roses to be over 20 inches in height. Thank you.

I would suggest that you contact Weeks Roses to see what they recommend. Many of the on-line nurseries only ship in early spring. Perhaps check with Heirloom roses and see if they will do this.
