Gummy added on June 5, 2016 | Answered

I got a couple of plants from a friend, which after growing a bit have started getting dried at the bottom along the stem and leaves. The leaves and stem at the top are all green. How do I maintain the plant? Refer Pic1 Another question is about another similar sapling that I have. I am not sure if it can be grown in a jar of water. Refer Pic2 Please help.
