Q.Bamboo Growth

Anonymous added on June 20, 2011 | Answered

We have some bamboos, one in a large pot, the other planted in a south-facing garden. The latter is 10 years old. Both plants are growing but have little or no green leaves. If we snap a stalk in half, they’re green inside, but no green leaves.

As long as the plant is still green inside, it is still living. I would give it more time and the leaves should eventually regrow.
