bags of mulch

Question

being that I am the person that does all the yard work I purchase a pallet of mulch a year a go and now it has white fungus in the bags. Willis harm me and if not, how can I get rid of it from putting on my landscaping.

This is harmless both to you and the garden unless your immune system is seriously compromised. The soil, as you know, is full of fungus and bacteria. Being in a bag creates conditions that encourage fungal growth, damp and dark. Once you spread it, the fungus will vanish from view.
