baby ornamental peppers

we have a couple of ornamental pepper plants. there a many new plants coming up in the same pot that are definitely from the original ornamental pepper plant. (we took some of the seeds and planted them in small pots.) all the new plants look exactly alike, but none of them look anything like the original plant the seeds came from. the leaves on the new plants are much larger, like eight times the size of the original. my questions is; do the new plants that are coming up from the seeds have to be grafted with the original ornamental plant?

Seeds saved from a hybrid plant will likely be different from the parent plant.
