Q.azaleas/tomatoes

My azaleas is on the East side of our home but they just don’t seem to grow, they just seem to set there year after year. I give them a lot of TLC, fertilize them and make sure they are watered for they are underneath the overhang on the house. I just don’t get it. They stay green but the new growth is VERY small. What do I need to do?????
Also, our tomatoes seem to produce tomatoes at first and then seems the blossoms turn brown and don’t form tomatoes like they should. What kind of fertilizer should I use when I do fertilize them? I don’t seem to have much luck and maybe I baby them too much but any suggestions you have would help.
Thanks,
Mrs. Mary Altmeyer, spdyy1@att.net
