Azalea blooming two times a year

My container azalea is blooming again and it’s the 9th of November here in Texas. Should I trim it back or just let it go and hope for the best in spring? It grew a lot bigger this year and I didn’t get it trimmed back this summer.

Thank you.

A few years ago several varieties of Azaleas were introduced into the market that bloom multiple times a year.
You likely have one of these varieties.
The best time to prune one of these plants is in the spring after it’s first bloom.
They should only need light pruning.
