Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a potted azalea that is very young. I was pulling weeds from it and noticed it’s FULL of ants. I’m moving soon and want to take the plant with me but don’t know what to do to get rid of the ants. If I replant it, I’ll probably get a hundred bites. . . even with gloves. I thought I’d use a soapy spray, but don’t want to kill the plant. Any suggestions? I live in Florida and will be moving to Maryland.

I’ll bet you have an ant nest in your pot. Drench the soil with an insecticide.
