Azalea Non Flowering Problem

Question

I have two dwarf azalea that have been planted in pots on my patio and every year they have both flowered . This one of the azalea has not bloomed as before with the leaves very sparse and yellow and few flowers compared to the other one . Is there any actions that I can take to resolve the problem .

In container, these should be fed quite frequently. Use a food made for azaleas, and follow the instructions at half strength, since it is in container.
