Azalea and Hydrangea OUTDOOR Container Plants

kevinmckay added on April 1, 2014 | Answered

I asked a question on why there are no flowers on plants and advice came back with reference to indoor plants, but I said mine were outdoors in container and no flowers for a couple of years. Can you advise?

Too much nitrogen can lead to lush, green growth with little to no blooms. This can normally be offset with the addition of high-phosphorus fertilizer, or bone meal.
