We planted azaleas this year in April. My husband watered them often and they looked fine. Now, the leaves are turning brown and falling off. HELP!

Azalea plants have very fine, fibrous roots that can be damaged quickly if they do not receive enough water. Water your newly planted Azaleas for the first year, and even every 3 to 4 days if the weather is warm.
Mulching will help with moisture retention.

Root Rot can also occur though if the plants roots remain in wet, soggy soil. Make sure the soil is well draining.
