My avocado tree has not produced fruit, but this year after a vigorous pruning it is loaded with blooms. Does that mean it will produce fruit? They are tiny clusters of pale yellow buds that bloom. Thank you, Nancy nekittle@yahoo.com

You don't say how old the tree is or whether it is grafted, but flowers alone don't ensure fruit. Here is more:
