Avocado tree

Have a 12yrs old avocado tree.It started giving fruit 4yrs ago. Last year gave about 60 avocados, for some reason this season it didn’t flowered and zero avocados are coming. The tree looks healthy, normal, green leaves keep growing. Have an idea why stopped giving fruits all the sudden?
Thanks a lot for your help! 🙂

Without photos and more information about the growing conditions and your soil and water management program, it’s only possible to guess based on common disorders.
I know the area I am a bay area arborist. I know that the long dry summer and fall create drought stress for many trees if not deep watered at least once or twice a month during that period. With inadequate irrigation the tree does not have enough water to produce fruit.
Nutrient deficiency or imbalance of soil minerals is another common cause of failure to fruit. Do you fertilize?
